Design, manufacture and supply of a DN620 sphere with alumina coating for the pneumatic transport of cement to replace a steel sphere.
👉Resizing the external dimensions of the part in order to maintain the interior dimensions to preserve process conditions and accommodate the extra thickness due to wear lining.
👉The 3 connections are covered with 15 mm thick cylindrical alumina pieces and the body and cover of the sphere are covered with 12 mm thick engineered tiles.
👉Supply of counter-flanges to weld on the existing steel tubes for erection of the sphere in place of the old one which had to be replaced regularly.
